Before I ever stepped into boardrooms, I was an athlete and a creator at heart. I played international hockey as a goalie, fought in MMA cages, painted walls with street art, flew drones, and shot photos and films that got published around the world. Creativity and grit have always been my fuel.

That fuel carried me into a career where I’ve had the wild privilege of helping launch and grow some of the most ambitious projects in the business. I’ve rolled out Blockbuster stores in the ’90s, opened restaurants for Paul Fleming, helped launch The Venetian’s lineup, and was part of the team that brought the Palms clubs to life. Along the way I’ve collaborated with Oscar winners, legendary musicians, and brands like Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson, and Red Bull.

About Me

I’m Leejon—Husband, dad of three daughters, lifelong storyteller, and someone who’s spent the last 30 years chasing big ideas across hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment.

Since 2002, I’ve served as CMO of Coyote Ugly — turning a single NYC dive into a global brand with 50+ locations, a $120M Disney/Jerry Bruckheimer film, and an MTV reality show that reached 51 million viewers. Today, I’m also co-owner of FAMUS, the first natural performance energy drink designed to pair with top-shelf spirits.

But here’s the real story: I’ve never been interested in just “running the business.” I’m interested in building things that cut through the noise. Things that can’t be ignored. To me, success has always lived at the intersection of art, business, and risk — where chaos becomes strategy and stories turn into empires.

That’s who I am. A husband, a dad, an athlete, a creator, and a brand-builder who’s spent his life learning how to make people stop, pay attention, and feel something.
